The desk person said if you buy the mug, your coffee is only $1.00 thereafter so I thought I'd give it a try since I drive right by to exit the plaza. Walked in, there were 2 females working, both apparently servicing the drive through. There was a lady ahead of me waiting to pay for a bag of bagels she had just got and I was next in line. After waiting about 2 minutes, I turned around and walked out - neither of the workers even turned around to acknowledge me, they had apparently filled the bag of bagels for the lady waiting to pay but then made no effort to come to the register. I'll stick with Dunkin' Donuts, always get super service there.March 20, 2017
