  I bought 1 medium coffee and was double charged.. I ended up paying $8.55 for one coffee!! I never got a receipt, but I know that the card reader gave me a price less than $4 and that's definitely not what my bank says! Unless I have cash, I will not be buying from here.

  i went to this starbucks on the ridge and the service was horrible, they got my order wrong 3 times and when we went in we heard them talking trash about us. I don't appreciate amber and her employees blaming us for their mistakes on our order everytime we go there. if this is not resolved i will not continue to purchase your drinks. thanks for nothing. -"the mom with two young daughters" according to amber.

  For a Starbucks it was kind of small and dingy inside. The seating was very limited and it seems that anymore than 10 people there at a time would overflow it. The staff was great though and provides wonderful service with a smile.
