  After visiting at a nearby hospital my wife and I decided to try Caoba. I ordered the roasted pork shoulder. She ordered the chicken stew. We split a side of fried sweet plantain. We were surprised by the complimentary deep fried plantain chips. All of the food was delicious with generous portions. Just be aware that the very tasty chicken stew has a lot of small chicken bones. We will definitely return and bring other family members.

  I love Dominican food. The food was OK. Prefer DMangu and El Latino Restaurant. There were 2 young servers there. My friend and I were served by a young girl of Mexican descent. I'm sure she's a good person but needs to find another job as she was rude, ignorant and inattentive. I have had good success in life and have tipped up to 200% of the cost of my meal. (once while traveling through Canada)
  
  For the first time I left without leaving a cent and that is so not me. I'll never eat there again. No wonder they were so empty on a Friday prime dinner hour. It's a shame as the food was not bad.
