  I really loved it here! Food was good and the service was wonderful and I brought McDonalds food in because my daughters wanted to eat that and I asked the manager for ketchup and he kindly brought me some! I will defenatly be coming here more often! Josh keep up the good work!! Thank you all Applebee's ridge road fantastic!!!!❤

  I will never eat at this location again, it seems as if every time I'm here the customer service is very poor! On my recent visit (12/17) around 10-11pm. Four out of ten of the orders were wrong and wast not settled/fixed on the receipt. My side order of boneless wings had potatoes mixed in with them covered with buffalo sauce. Also on each of the tables they have a sign simply stating "free mozzarella sticks if we don't suggest a gift card" Once mentioning this to them that had to grab a manager who was absolutely rude.We simply told them by law it is required to follow with company policies that are written. The manager begun to snatch items out of anger and saying everything sarcastically. Not to mention we spent a little over $200 here for such horrible customer service!

  Love coming to this applebees. James the manager is all about the customer and making sure your dinner was always above and beyond your expectation of a chain resturant. He makes you feel right at home.

  Its Applebees, pretty much as expected. The $10 all in burger lunch special is definitely the reason we went.
