  Their food and beer selection is really good. I think the pricing of the food is a tad bit too high for the quality but that hasn't stopped me from eating at Victoire again. The staff is great and the on-tap beer selection is one of the best in the downtown/east end area, if not the best. The fire outside is really nice too.

  Nice atmosphere and great food. The beer selection doesn't change very often but there's many different Belgian beers to try. I would recommend the mussels and fries!

  I hadn't been to Victoire in over a year and a half but was so happy I did. The food was spectacular and the service was great, which had been a brief issue for me a few visits in the past. Atmosphere was cozy and the prices were reasonable for great portion sizes. The mussels are the best I've had in Rochester so far; I loved the Victoire Moules with frites. Also, the Duck Confit Reuben will forever hold a very special place in my heart and belly. Great experience overall.
