  58 degrees in this restaurant today!! We kept our winter coats on the entire visit. I asked to talk to the owner about turning the heat up and the waitress said they would turn the heat up. As we were leaving she went up to the thermostat and put the heat to 75. I walked over and checked it and I was shocked it was 58 degrees while I overheard many other guests discussing how cold it was in the restaurant.

  Had been here once before and it was OK, but this time it was awful. We have been to a few other Hibachi restaurants, and this one falls well below the standard. The service was very slow - the waitress was invisible, making drink refills a serious challenge. All of our party got chicken (some added another choice as well), and the chicken was overcooked to the point that only one person was able to eat more than a few pieces (especially with no drinks to try to wash them down). No one asked why we had 5 plates full of chicken when we turned down to-go containers. We are not the type to complain, we will just never return to this restaurant.
