  I have had it up to here with poor customer service. I ordered an original stuffed crust pizza for carry out. When I went to eat my favorite part, the crust, the cheese was orange. Thinking that Jim (James) gave me the wrong order, I called only to be told that corporate sent the wrong cheese. I asked if he would be able to call another pizza hut that can accommodate my order, he refused. I get that it's just pizza and it's no big deal. BUT... I could've ordered a $5 pizza from Little Caesar's if I just wanted a pizza. But I willingly spent $20 for a pizza hut experience and was surprisingly disappointed. A simple disclaimer upon ordering or at least an admission at pick up would've sufficed. Best wishes.

  My Pizza Hut experience began, I suspect, much like many others'. I placed my order and settled down to patiently await delivery of my meal. After nearly an hour, or the equivalent to 3 complete deliveries from a host of Pizza Hut competitors, I decided it might be best to call and inquire about the progress of my order.
  My inquiry was met with the attitude of a beleaguered employee deep in a nihilist depression, barely lucid enough to compose an intelligible response.
  In spite of this, I was able to decipher from her tired rambling that my order would be another 20-30 minutes.
  Enough time to pen this review, hopefully a cautionary tale to others to stay far (far, far) away from this location of zombie staffed associates.
  Interesting and telling that the sentiment in this review is mirrored by a host of previous reviews. I suspect it will be again mirrored in future reviews.
  What is fairly easy for other establishments to accomplish (delivering product in a timely fashion) seems to be a problem for this location. It would be hard to believe every employee is so incompetent. However, perhaps this is evidence that apathy and lethargy spread like a virus, corrupting those who might otherwise be diligent workers.
  The origin of which being inept management, who would normally be expected to correct such failures.
  In any case, it has come time to search for an alternative pizzeria who is still open. Though I'm sure my order from them will arrive promptly.
  And, who knows? Maybe the Pizza Hut order will finally arrive at the same moment the legitimate pizza place delivery-person is here.
  That should be entertaining.

  ordered 3 times from this place on-line - I like thin & crispy crust, my husband likes thick crust and orders pan. 2 out of 3 times, we got the exact same thick crust which certainly isn't thin and crispy and doesn't appear to be pan, either. Tried to call twice to complain, phone was never answered. I was mad enough to get in the car and drive up there just to find out there was one young woman there by herself trying to do everything (except delivery). I don't blame her, she's working her behind off trying to do the right thing for probably little over minimum wage. I see from other reviews, this is common place at this location. Whoever owns this place deserves to go out of business, they sure won't get mine again.
