  I went to buy some coffee pods and a sandwich. I was inside the store. I was in a bit of a hurry and even given the bag i was told have a nice day and such...i had to work and open my bag and the sandwich was not in There! I know i know...MY fault that i can't trust a multi million dollar company to get something as simple as "xyz goes in to bag" correct. Needless to say i called the store after arriving at work and i was told i would have to bring my card back to get a refund. I explained to the manager i am not from the area so i requested my card simply be credited the amount of my sandwich. She said she was unable to do that. (Untrue, the manager could have called her home office and had the adjustment done) she said she would return my call within an hour or two. After not reviving a call that day i called back to the store where i was told "if you can't come back too this location there's nothing i can do for you". Now, I'm not going to act like my $4 is going to make or break me but the AUDACITY of a company to flat out not care at all that they made a mistake and have the expectation that it's up to ME to quality check people THEY are paying and then to tell me basically "oh well" tells me this company lacks integrity. I advise every person who's considering patroning this company to reconsider, there are smaller companies with integral employees who could put your money to better use
