- 1 / 5By J. WineburgWe went through the drive-thru on a Sunday around 3:30 p.m. and there was only one car in front of us. We ordered, the car in front of us got their iced coffee and then proceeded to talk to the staff person at the window for about 10 minutes while we were waiting behind them. They didn't care we were waiting or even think to stop the socializing for the next customer. I took off without my order and honked my horn. In hindsight, I should have honked, pulled up to the window and ask to speak to the manager but was too annoyed. This is the second time this has happened. They clearly have no regard for customers nor pride in their job. They could care less that another customer was waiting while they were catching up on gossip.March 18, 2017
