  This was one of the worest experiences that I've ever had period, I decided to try The Distillery after having a bad experience 5 years ago! Initially, having a drink at the bar was great, the hostess was on point and the drink was enjoyable however, the waiter was horrible! We sat down at the booth at 6:40pm and we placed our drink order and it took nearly 5 minutes for coffee and a sugary drink. But he made fresh coffee so that was great. At 6:45pm, we placed out meal order and appetizers at the same time and the wait was inexcusable! Our appetizers didn't come out till 7:17pm and our meals 7:42pm, he was not attentive, I had to keep beging for refills of my coffee to keep me alert and when my meal finally came out, it was cold and I had to take it home. There was no manager present to check in on our table, this was a disaster of an experience. He left dirty dishes on the table and took over 10 minutes to cash us out before we could leave. With service like this, I'm confused how they are still in business!
