  Bernies favorite is my favorite sub in Rochester. The real roast beef is amazing. Bernie's favorite (roast beef and turkey) is amazing.

  The staff is usually friendly and professional. Today was not the case. I ordered a sub over the phone to be ready for pick up at 5:10pm. I arrived at 5:12pm and it was not ready. The rude female working there at the time asked in a snotty way to the cashier, "Is it 5:10 yet?" Needless to say I left without a sub because I had no time to wait for it. A worker like that has no business working at a great establishment as Amiel's and I won't ever go in there if she's working.
